PwnCNC Conversion Kit featuring the Masso Touch Controller

Our conversion kit will breathe new life into your old (or new) CNC machine with a modular and incredibly capable Masso controller.

What's required?

1. A CNC machine, almost any will do; Look on Facebook marketplace or elsewhere to find a used CNC machine on the market looking for a new home.
2. Nema 23 Motor Mounts; Our conversion kit uses the NEMA23 sized stepper motors.  Most hobby CNC machines will have this size steppers.
3. Homing sensor mounts: Some machines are plug-n-play with our homing switch wires, but some will require you to mount the included switches.  Not to worry, we've got your back.  Reach out and we'll help get them mounted in the right places.  Most commonly by providing a 3d design for you to print and mount onto your machine.
4. Understanding that completely replacing the electronics on a CNC machine is a big project.  We've worked very hard to make this as simple as possible but there are many places where you'll have to do extra work to be successful.  One area is with calibrating the steppers which can be done using this simple procedure.

Your Masso Conversion Kit includes: 

1. PwnCNC Branded Masso G3 Touch with preinstalled 6x Relay Module
2. Inlets Panel prewired and pre-configured for accessories like our XYZ Probe, Tool Setter, Spindle, Rotary, and even ATC
3. (3) PwnCNC Closed-Loop Stepper Motors. (1) for X and (2) Y's
4. (1) PwnCNC Closed-Loop Stepper Motor with electric brake for the Z
5. PwnCNC Power Box containing a 36v power supply
6. (4) Proximity switches for homing your machine
7. Double Shielded Cables to reduce/eliminate EMI and make it as plug-and-play as possible.

Note that this will void your CNC machine's warranty, if applicable, as it will require removing all of the electrical components the OEM installed and replacing it with our Conversion Kit.
