Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are normally processed and shipped Tuesday–Friday, excluding observed holidays and other posted closures.

Orders placed outside our fulfillment schedule enter the processing queue on the next scheduled fulfillment day. Processing an order does not necessarily mean it will ship that same day.

Order-processing and production times are estimates and may vary based on product configuration, staffing, order volume, and component availability.

Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to the carrier’s transit time only after the order has been fulfilled. It does not shorten production or order-processing time. Expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day, next-day, or priority fulfillment by PwnCNC.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. PwnCNC is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or reshipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Carrier Transit & Delivery Timing

We ship primarily through USPS and UPS. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, its routing, tracking updates, and delivery timing are managed by that carrier.

Typical U.S. carrier transit times range from 2–7 business days, but delays may occur because of carrier workload, weather, staffing, routing, or other conditions outside PwnCNC’s control. Tracking updates and pickup scans may also be delayed or skipped by the carrier.

PwnCNC does not guarantee delivery dates and cannot provide refunds or replacement shipments solely because a carrier misses an estimated delivery date.

We do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery services.

Made-to-Order Products

Some products—including 3D-printed items, spindle systems, conversion kits, CNC machines, and select accessories—are made to order and require production time before shipment.

Typical production estimates may be shown on the applicable product page. These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on configuration, staffing, order volume, component availability, and other production requirements.

Carrier transit time begins only after production is complete and the finished order has been transferred to the carrier.

International Shipping & Import Fees

We ship internationally to most countries.

International customers are fully responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in PwnCNC’s shipping rates and are not collected by PwnCNC.

International delivery commonly takes approximately 2–5 weeks after fulfillment but may take longer because of customs processing and carrier conditions. International delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stalled Shipments

If tracking indicates that a package may be delayed or stalled, PwnCNC may assist with a carrier investigation when appropriate.

Customers may be required to wait until the carrier completes its investigation or officially declares the package lost before a replacement or other resolution can be considered. A delayed tracking update or missed estimated delivery date does not by itself mean that a package has been lost.

Warehouse Pickup

Local pickup is available at our warehouse in Lowell, Arkansas after the customer has received confirmation that the order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation. Pickup availability is subject to our current posted store hours and scheduled closures. Local sales tax applies to pickup orders.
