PwnCNC Limited Warranty

1. Coverage

PwnCNC warrants that its spindle systems, ATC systems, controllers, and mechanical components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation for a period of:

  • 12 months from original shipment date for spindle motors and VFD systems

  • 12 months for ATC systems and mechanical assemblies

  • 12 months for controller conversion kits and electronic components

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper installation.

At our discretion, PwnCNC will:

  • Repair the defective component

  • Replace the defective component

  • Provide refurbished equivalent replacement

Replacement parts may be new or functionally equivalent refurbished parts.

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or wiring

  • Incorrect grounding or electrical configuration

  • Damage caused by misuse, crashes, overloading, or improper tooling

  • Cross-threading of spindle shafts or toolholders

  • Damage from coolant leaks or contamination

  • Cable damage due to routing, pinch points, or flex fatigue

  • Normal wear items such as bearings, collets, toolholders, belts, etc.

  • Modifications not approved by PwnCNC

  • Use outside intended operating range

Mechanical damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper installation, wiring, grounding, and configuration of their equipment.

PwnCNC provides documentation and support guidance, but improper installation voids warranty coverage.

We are not responsible for:

  • Labor costs

  • Downtime

  • Removal or reinstallation costs

  • Third-party technician fees

5. Shipping & Evaluation

If evaluation is required:

  • Customer may be required to return the product for inspection

  • Customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs

  • PwnCNC will cover return shipping for confirmed warranty defects within the original destination country

International customers are responsible for duties and import/export fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

PwnCNC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

7. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Email support@pwncnc.com

  • Provide order number

  • Provide photos and/or video of the issue

  • Provide a clear description of the problem

Warranty claims are subject to verification of defect.

8. Changes to Warranty

PwnCNC reserves the right to update this warranty at any time. The warranty in effect at the time of original purchase applies.
