If you have questions or need assistance, please email us at support@pwncnc.com. Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us, and we respond to support emails Monday–Friday during business hours.

Phone support is available for emergencies and Monday–Thursday, 10am–3pm CST at 479-480-4337, but calls are answered on a best-effort basis. We are often working hands-on in the shop or fulfilling orders, so voicemail may not be returned as quickly as email.

While we may occasionally respond outside of normal business hours, those replies are not guaranteed and should not be expected. For the most reliable support, please contact us during business hours by email.
