What we can help design

New parts: Bring us the problem you want to solve, a sketch, or a set of dimensions.
Replacement and custom-fit parts: Share photos, measurements, and the part or assembly it needs to work with.
Changes to an existing design: Improve a fit, add a feature, or prepare a model for printing.
Prototypes and repeat production: Work through a first version, then discuss printing more once the design is ready.

From idea to finished part

Tell us what you need. Explain what the part should do and share any sketches, photos, dimensions, or files you have.
We review the project. Our team will discuss the scope, practical constraints, and an estimate before design work begins.
We develop the design. We create or refine the model with its intended use and manufacturing method in mind.
Make and refine it. When the project calls for it, we can 3D print a prototype or discuss a repeat production run in our shop.

What should you send us?

You do not need a finished CAD file to get started. The most helpful details are what the part does, approximate size, where it needs to fit, how many you may need, and when you need it. Photos, sketches, measurements, or an existing 3D file are welcome.

If you need an editable design file, a print-ready file, physical parts, or a combination, tell us in the request so we can include the right deliverables in the scope.

We work in a real maker store and production shop in Lowell, Arkansas. That gives us the opportunity to consider how a design will be printed, tested, assembled, and used—not just how it looks on a screen.
