Dominator Pro ATC Workflow Bundle

Build the complete front-and-rear ISO20 ATC workflow for your Dominator Pro.

The Dominator Pro ATC Workflow Bundle combines our front-mounted active tool station with a rear numbered tool library, giving you a clean and organized way to store, identify, and use ISO20 tools on your machine.

Use the rear numbered tool cups as your visual tool library, then move only the tools needed for the current carve into the front ATC station before running your job. This keeps your spoilboard clear, your tools easy to identify, and your active ATC positions simple to verify before pressing cycle start.

Front Active Tool Station

The included front ATC station mounts to the front 40-series extrusion of the Dominator Pro using our 90° front mounts. These front positions are intended for the tools actively being used in the current carve.

For example, if a project needs tools 1, 3, and 6, pull those tools from your rear numbered library, place them into the front active tool positions, update your controller’s tool table to match the tools currently installed, then verify your ATC pickup and drop-off positions before running the job.

Rear Numbered Tool Library

The rear tool library gives your ISO20 tool holders a dedicated numbered home when they are not being used in the active front station. Large visible numbers make it easier to organize your tools, identify the right cutter, and keep your setup consistent between projects.

Magnetic and Removable

Each included tool cup uses a magnetic base, allowing the cup and tool holder to be removed when needed. This makes it easier to clear space, adjust your setup, or remove tool positions when they are not needed.

TPU Compliance Layer Included

Each magnetic base includes a TPU compliance layer that installs between the mounting surface and the magnetic base. This layer provides a small amount of cushion during tool placement and helps the cup feel more forgiving during setup.

The TPU layer is not a substitute for proper ATC calibration. Tool change positions, pickup height, drop-off height, and clearance must still be configured and tested before use.

Cyclone Bits ID Labels Included

This bundle also includes a Cyclone Bits ID Label Set for compatible magnetic tool cups. These labels give you an additional visual reference for identifying which Cyclone Bit is stored in each tool position.

Compatibility

This bundle is designed for the PwnCNC Dominator Pro, PwnCNC ISO20 tool holders, and ISO20 ATC workflows. The front mounts are designed to attach to the front 40-series extrusion of the Dominator Pro.

ISO20 tool holders, cutting tools, CNC machines, spindles, dust boots, and ATC systems are sold separately unless specifically stated.

• This bundle creates a physical and visual tool organization workflow. It does not automatically configure your CNC controller.
• The numbers and labels are visual references only.
• Your CNC controller must be configured to match the active front tool positions being used.
• Always verify ATC pickup, drop-off, clearance, and Z height before running a carve.
• Magnetic cups must be fully seated on their bases before use.
• Dust boot, spindle, hose, gantry, front-clearance, and rear-clearance compatibility may vary by setup.
• The TPU compliance layer provides light cushion but does not replace proper ATC calibration.
