Dominator Pro Front ATC Station Kit

Create clean, front-mounted ATC tool positions on your Dominator Pro.

The Dominator Pro Front ATC Station Kit is designed to hold your active ISO20 tools at the front of the machine, making them easy to see, access, verify, and use during automatic tool changes. Instead of mounting tool cups across your spoilboard, this kit uses 90° front mounts to attach our Magnetic ISO20 Tool Cups directly to the front 40-series extrusion of the Dominator Pro.

This is a great solution for customers who want a clean active tool station while keeping the main cutting area open and easy to work around.

Front-Mounted Active Tool Positions

This kit is intended for the tools you plan to use during a specific carve. For example, if a project needs three tools, place those tools into your front ATC station, update your controller’s tool table to match the active slots, verify your pickup and drop-off locations, then run your job.

The front-mounted layout keeps your active tools visible and helps make tool setup easier to double-check before pressing cycle start.

• 4-Slot Kit: Ideal for most projects and a simple front ATC setup.
• 8-Slot Kit: Great for customers who want more active tool positions available at the front of the machine.

Magnetic and Removable

Each included tool cup uses a magnetic base, allowing the cup and tool holder to be removed when needed. This helps keep your setup flexible when you need extra room, want to run manual tool changes, or need to clear the front of the machine.

TPU Compliance Layer Included

Each magnetic tool cup includes a TPU compliance layer installed between the mounting surface and magnetic base. This layer provides a small amount of cushion during tool placement and helps the cup feel more forgiving during setup.

The TPU layer is not a substitute for proper ATC calibration. Tool change positions, pickup height, drop-off height, and clearance must still be configured and tested before use.

Compatibility

This kit is designed for the PwnCNC Dominator Pro with ISO20 tool holders and an ATC spindle workflow. The 90° mounts are designed to attach to the front 40-series extrusion of the Dominator Pro.

ISO20 tool holders, cutting tools, CNC machines, spindles, dust boots, and ATC systems are sold separately unless specifically stated.

Important Notes

• Your CNC controller must be configured to match the physical tool positions used in this kit.
• The numbers on the cups are visual references only.
• Always verify ATC pickup, drop-off, clearance, and Z height before running a carve.
• Magnetic cups must be fully seated on their bases before use.
• Dust boot, spindle, hose, and gantry clearance may vary by setup.
• This kit does not automatically configure Masso or any other controller.

Optional Cyclone Bits ID Labels

This kit is compatible with our Cyclone Bits ID Label Set for Magnetic Tool Cups. Labels are sold separately and can be used to add a visual bit identifier to each active tool position.
