Numbered Magnetic ISO20 Tool Cups

Numbered Magnetic ISO20 Tool Cups are designed to securely hold ISO20 tool holders while giving each tool position a large, visible number. They are ideal for organizing your tools, building a visual tool library, or creating repeatable ATC tool locations on your CNC machine.

Each tool cup includes a magnetic base and TPU compliance layer, allowing the cup to be removed when needed while still providing a solid, repeatable home for your ISO20 tool holder.

Large Visible Numbers

Each cup is printed with a large embedded number so you can quickly identify tool positions at a glance. This makes it easier to organize your tools, match your setup to your controller’s tool table, and confirm the correct tool before starting a carve.

Magnetic and Removable

The included magnetic base is designed to mount to your machine or spoilboard surface. The numbered tool cup sits on top of the magnetic base, allowing it to be removed when you need extra clearance, pass-through capability, or a cleaner work area for manual tool-change jobs.

TPU Compliance Layer Included

Each cup includes a TPU compliance layer that installs between the mounting surface and magnetic base. This layer provides a small amount of cushion during tool placement and helps the cup feel more forgiving during setup.

The TPU layer is not a substitute for proper ATC calibration. Tool change positions, pickup height, drop-off height, and clearance must still be configured and tested before use.

Designed for ISO20 ATC Workflows

These cups are designed for PwnCNC ISO20 tool holders and ATC workflows. Use them as individual tool positions, grouped tool racks, rear tool libraries, or active tool stations depending on your machine layout.

For example, you can store your full numbered tool library across the rear of your machine, then move only the tools needed for a specific project into your active ATC positions before running the carve.

Compatibility

These tool cups are designed for PwnCNC ISO20 tool holders and ISO20 ATC workflows. They can be mounted to a flat surface or paired with compatible PwnCNC mounting accessories, such as the 90° Front Mount for Magnetic Tool Cups.

ISO20 tool holders, cutting tools, CNC machines, spindles, dust boots, and ATC systems are sold separately unless specifically stated.

Important Notes

• The numbers on the cups are visual references only.
• Your CNC controller must still be configured to match the active tool locations being used.
• Always verify ATC pickup, drop-off, clearance, and Z height before running a carve.
• Magnetic cups must be fully seated on their bases before use.
• Dust boot, spindle, hose, and gantry clearance may vary by machine setup.
• The TPU compliance layer provides light cushion but does not replace proper ATC calibration.
