Note:  Our latest batch of chillers include 6mm press-in fittings.   We have included two 6mm black tubes which can be pressed into these fittings.  These 6mm O.D. tubes can then be pressed into your 6mm I.D. Superthane or Silicone tubing.  If you experience any leakage, use a zip-tie around the tube to properly secure.

Great Chiller

With about 15 hours with our new water cooled spindle this is a quiet and efficient chiller, keeping the line time at a stead 72 degrees.

CW 3000 chiller

Very nice, quiet, keeps my 240v spindle nice and cool. Just make sure to buy a visual flow meter, since it does not come with the chiller. So much better than an aquarium pump and bucket!

The chiller works nicely, however, I have only used it during the cool season. The chiller is quiet and has been reliable thus far.

Painless

Make sure you order the alarm cables to hook to your Masso when you order the Chiller because it DOES NOT come with it. I didn’t know that so I had to order the cable separate. But so far works perfect. I texted the alarm, took a minute, but it worked. Alarm went off and spindle stopped at the same time as the job was done. So not sure if the alarm shut it down or just because it was done. When the water starts warming up, the fan will start kicking on and off. That tells me all is well.
