Printing Tips
Hello3D Metal-Like PLA prints similarly to standard PLA, but slower outer-wall speeds can help improve surface quality and give the metallic-looking finish a smoother, more consistent appearance.
For best visual results, use a consistent layer height, tune flow carefully, and print visible walls a little slower than internal features. A clean build surface and properly calibrated first layer will help improve adhesion and overall print quality.
Store filament sealed and dry when not in use to maintain smooth feeding and consistent extrusion. Metal-like PLA is best suited for decorative and general-purpose prints rather than high-temperature or heavy-duty mechanical applications.
