SUNLU Glow-in-the-Dark PLA Filament

SUNLU Glow-in-the-Dark PLA is a specialty PLA-based filament that creates prints with a glow effect after absorbing light. For the strongest glow, expose the printed part to UV light or bright light before viewing it in the dark.

This filament is great for decorative prints, signs, toys, cosplay details, Halloween projects, novelty items, and creative models that need an eye-catching glow-in-the-dark effect.

Recommended Printing Settings:

• Filament Diameter: 1.75 mm

• Diameter Tolerance: ±0.02 mm

• Nozzle Temperature: 200°C - 210°C

• Suggested Print Speed: 50 - 100 mm/s

• Heated Bed: 50°C - 65°C recommended

Build Plate Note:
When printing on an unheated bed, glue is recommended. When using a heated bed at 50°C - 65°C, glue is typically not required.

Important Notes:
Glow-in-the-dark filament contains abrasive phosphorescent additives. A hardened steel nozzle is recommended, especially for larger prints or frequent use.

Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight, as extended UV exposure may cause the color and glow effect to fade more quickly over time.
