ZYLtech TPU 95A High Flow High Speed filament is a flexible, durable 3D printing material designed for faster printing and reliable extrusion on modern 3D printers. Made in the USA, this TPU offers a Shore hardness of 95A, giving printed parts a flexible rubber-like feel while still being firm enough for many functional applications.

This high-flow TPU is a great choice for prints that need flexibility, impact resistance, and toughness, such as protective feet, bumpers, gaskets, grips, phone cases, vibration-dampening pads, seals, flexible brackets, tool holders, and shop-use accessories.

Compared to softer flexible materials, 95A TPU is easier to feed and print, especially on well-tuned machines. This formulation is designed for improved flow and faster print speeds, making it a strong option for users with high-speed printers or optimized TPU profiles.

Recommended Print Settings

  • Extruder Temperature: 210–260°C

  • Bed Temperature: 30–60°C

Printing Tips

For best results, dry the filament before use. TPU can absorb moisture from the air, which may cause popping, stringing, inconsistent extrusion, rough surface finish, or weaker layer bonding.

Start with a TPU 95A High Flow profile if your slicer includes one. Bambu users can start with the Bambu TPU 95A HF profile and adjust temperature, speed, and retraction based on print results.

Although this filament is designed for higher-speed TPU printing, flexible materials still benefit from a well-supported filament path and careful tuning. If you experience feeding issues, reduce print speed, lower retraction distance, and make sure the filament path is clean and smooth.

Actual print speed and flow performance will depend on your printer, extruder, hotend, nozzle, slicer settings, and model geometry.
