Had an initial problem with installation. Contacted support, supplied photos as requested. Replacement sent. Problem solved. No drama. Super impressed.

We all hear about customer service being good, bad and indifferent these days. PwnCNC has customer service like none other they were 99.9% sure that the problem did not exist with their equipment with that said, they continued to help me work the problem out day after day week after week until we resolved it no surprise it wasn't their problem but the education I received from them helping me work through it made me an expert at my CNC, spindle and VFD if you're looking for a company that has quality products and will never leave you hanging. This is the company for you

This product has exceeded my expectations. I was upgraded from the VFD v3. The upgraded v5 was so much easier to get working. I didn’t need to change any codes or anything. It was literally plug and play. I’m using my spindle on the Onefinity Journeyman Elite and boy does it work perfect. I highly highly recommend this product and this company as I have had nothing but a positive experience with the company and its products. Will continue to support!

PwnCnc has out done themselves. This spindle is everything that I could have wanted. Also support is amazing, Clinton really know his stuff. I cannot be happier with my decision to purchase from PwnCnc!!!
